Twin Technologies has developed a multi-screen Claim Management solution. The multi-screen capabilities include an advanced HTML web presentation, a rich Flex web application, a native desktop application, and a cross-platform tablet application. The solution is architected on the Adobe Digital Enterprise Suite (ADEP) and is highly configurable to match varying needs and use cases. The solution can be positioned on both the Basic and Standard ADEP product configurations based on desired features.
The Claim Manager solution provides the ability for end-user data capture in several formats (mobile, web, etc.) and leveraged the ADEP features to enable a wide variety of processing features:
Merging captured data into PDFs for uses such as digital signature, archival, personal records, etc.
- Review and approval workflows initiated from the submitted claim
- Automated or straight-through processing of the claim process
- Integration with existing systems
