Ben Elmore, CEO & Sr. Managing Partner
As company founder and CEO, Ben is the creative driving force behind Twin Technologies' strategic business application design and development. With over ten years management experience leading professional service organizations, Ben has a successful record of forecasting both emergent technology and market trends.
Prior to taking the helm at Twin Technologies, Ben was on the executive staff at RemoteSite Technologies and served Allaire and Macromedia as an evangelist for their RIA platform and content management product. While at Macromedia, he led the implementation of the first internal enterprise implementation of a RIA platform.
Ben is a highly sought after speaker and author on the subject of RIA technologies and development. His credits include frequent appearances at the Adobe MAX conference, industry analyst on Goldman Sachs' technology panels, and he wrote the industry best seller "Flex 2: Training from the Source". Ben enjoys lively discussions and time with his family. He leads Twin Technologies from its headquarters in Albany, NY.

David Ladd, SVP Sales
As a member of the original executive team, David was brought in to build out the Twin Technologies sales team and currently leads sales, channels and operations as an SVP and Managing Partner. David is responsible for Twin Technologies developing strategic relationships with partners including Adobe, Brightcove and Carahsoft. David has spent the last decade selling software solutions to the C-Suite across all industries. Prior to joining Twin Technologies David won multiple sales awards selling end-to-end solutions for IBM. David holds a BA in Business/Economics from Wheaton College. When not in the office, David can be found chasing both his son and beautiful wife around the house. David also enjoys home improvement projects, is an avid sports fan and a long suffering Chicago Cubs follower.

Robi Sen, SVP Government Practice & Managing Partner
Robi, a Twin Techs Managing Partner, has 20 years of experience in engineering, science, and information technology. He has worked on cutting-edge technology projects for NASA and the Department of Defense, as well as created and managed successful Internet startups. Formerly, he was Founder and Vice President of Services at Department 13, LLC and before that the CIO for Granularity Information Architecture, Inc. Robi currently runs Twin Technologies Government Solutions, where he delivers cutting-edge solutions to organizations in the public sector.
Robi's interests are in developing novel systems to solve complex problems using his background in mathematics, engineering, and information technology. His current research focus revolves around using ad-hoc mobile networks, machine learning, wireless distributed computing platforms, and security.
Robi has authored numerous papers and contributions to technical books, and he frequently lectures on a wide variety of topics. He most recently co-authored the book "Unlocking Android" from Manning press.

George Jagodzinski, Director & Regional Manager
George leads our Northeast teams. A solutions architect and software engineer with over twelve years of experience, George has driven projects to success across many domains and technologies. He has worked internationally for Fortune 100 and startup clients, and directed advanced R&D projects from concept to delivery with the Department of Defense and Carnegie Mellon. George's hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, command and control, supply chain, and merchandising give him critical insight into projects from enterprise level planning and architecture, to granular finishing work. When George is away from the office, he's usually outside, training for endurance and adventure competitions, from rock climbing to Ironman.

Previously the Vice President of Software Architecture at AboutWeb, Nicholas Tunney has executive-level experience in building brand awareness, developing partnerships, and leading teams in public, private, and federal sector engagements. With 13 years of technology experience, Nic brings key leadership to architecture, design, compliance and project management. A vocal technophile and sought after speaker and author, Nic is an Adobe Certified Instructor, Adobe Community Expert, and founder of several Adobe user groups. Away from work, Nic is an avid outdoorsman and survivalist, as well as a 'constantly learning' husband and proud father of two.

Ian Starnes, Director of Government Solutions
Ian comes to Twin Technologies with a wide range of experience, both technical and managerial. Over the past fifteen years he has developed, deployed, and maintained advanced technological solutions for various commercial and government agencies, including AOL, The Motley Fool, DARPA, and ONR. He has additionally worked very closely with academic researchers at CMU, UFL, Duke, NRL, and other research institutions.
As a strong believer in finding and using the right tool for the problem at hand, Ian has always been willing to adopt new and/or unfamiliar technologies when necessary. Hence it should be no surprise that his past experience is multidisciplinary in nature, ranging from robotics and ground penetrating radar to web applications and ad hoc mobile networks.
In his free time Ian enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, home improvement projects, and following international soccer.
