The company needed a data capture solution with an engaging interface to better manage employee on/off-boarding across its 300,000+ employees.

Result

The company turned to Twin Technologies for a custom dynamic data capture form guide that collects data, exports it into a PDF, and integrates the information into a defined workflow. Each form is integrated seamlessly into six different existing enterprise applications, with no additional legal approvals required. The completed solution was delivered within three months.

Saving Data and Profitability

The customer wanted form guides to leverage their data acquisition, so Twin built the form guides using Flex and loaded them into the LiveCycle software. These forms operate within a browser and allow data to be automatically shuttled between form guides and exported directly to the legally approved PDF, which can be saved locally at any point during the transaction.

When an applicant or new hire encounters the new form, he or she enters the information and clicks next. All data stored will pre-pop in the appropriate place on each form. If a user changes the information on one form, the JumpStart solution will automatically change it on each form.  Each time a panel changes, data is automatically saved. Users can finish a survey without clicking submit, close the browser, return later, and the form guide will load with all data intact except the last panel.
