BEN ELMORE CEO & SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER As company founder and CEO, Ben is the creative driving force behind Twin Technologies' strategic business application design and development. With over ten years management experience leading professional service organizations, Ben has a successful record of forecasting both emergent technology and market trends. Prior to taking the helm at Twin Technologies, Ben was on the executive staff at RemoteSite Technologies and served Allaire and Macromedia as an evangelist for their RIA platform and content management product. While at Macromedia, he led the implementation of the first internal enterprise implementation of a RIA platform. Ben is a highly sought after speaker and author on the subject of RIA technologies and development. His credits include frequent appearances at the Adobe MAX conference, industry analyst on Goldman Sachs' technology panels, and he wrote the industry best seller "Flex 2: Training from the Source". Ben enjoys lively discussions and time with his family. He leads Twin Technologies from its headquarters in Albany, NY.

ROBI SEN SVP & MANAGING PARTNER In his more than 20 years of experience in engineering, science and information technology, Robi Sen has worked on cutting-edge technology projects for NASA and the Department of Defense, and has created and managed a number of successful Internet startups. He was Founder and VP of Services at Department 13 LLC, a developer of technical solutions for defense and other government agencies, and was the CIO for Granularity Information Architecture Inc., a provider of Strategic Consulting and Implementation Practices involving XML.  Currently, Robi runs Twin Technologies’ Government Solutions, delivering cutting-edge solutions to the public sector. Robi has a particular affinity for developing novel systems to solve complex problems using his background in mathematics, engineering and information technology; his current research revolves around ad-hoc mobile networks, machine learning, wireless distributed computing platforms and security. Robi has authored many papers and contributions to technical books, and frequently lectures on a wide variety of topics. He most recently co-authored Unlocking Android from Manning Press.

DAVID LADD SVP SALES & MANAGING PARTNER David is a technology and consulting industry executive experienced in architecting go-to-market sales strategies and leading teams to deliver against them.  As a member of the original executive team responsible for sales and channels, David has overseen the tremendous company revenue growth since inception.  David has been responsible for Twin Technologies developing strategic relationships with partners including Adobe, Brightcove and Accenture.  Prior to joining Twin Technologies David sold end-to-end solutions for IBM. David holds a BA in Business/Economics from Wheaton College. When not in the office, David can be found chasing both his son and beautiful wife around the house. David also enjoys home improvement projects and bar-stool sports dialogue.

STEVE WIETRECKI CFO Steve Wietrecki, CFO at Twin Technologies, is an expert in leading companies to new growth and on-target successes, with experience that runs the range from innovative startups to multinational public companies. His sharp instincts have kept Twin Technologies at the forefront of our industry, and point the way as we navigate into the future of a rapidly changing, constantly evolving sector. Steve’s strengths are a boon for Twin Technologies’ customers, shareholders and the company itself. He brings many years of experience in raising capital, negotiating and closing deals, leading and developing effective teams, designing business processes, establishing and maintaining foreign entities, designing efficient tax structures and leveraging information technology.  In addition, Steve’s adept at dealing with government regulations and requirements, and managing budgets.  He provides the essential strategic foundation for implementing information technology to its best potential for each unique situation.   Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and his Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.

KEVIN OKRAGLY DIRECTOR  Kevin Okragly has a unique background that makes him an ideal team leader for Twin Technologies:  he brings us his interpersonal skills honed through years of consulting for Fortune 500 companies and his days as a road warrior traveling 100%, plus the unique creative perspective of a successful musician. He helped launch and toured with his band for four years as they gained wide recognition.The band is still going strong today. Kevin proudly calls himself an avid technologist/geek, and has an astonishingly broad range of proficiencies in software and web languages, rich internet applications architecture, web application development and deployment, and network infrastructure and design. In the course of more than 10 years, Kevin managed software teams, and mastered software design best-practices and project lifecycles. He's proficient in Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, ColdFusion, Flex, Flash, PHP and many other web technologies.  Kevin is talented in optimizing and load testing multi-tier web applications before deployment.  Among his accomplishments:  architecting an enterprise Windows/UNIX platforms for development, testing and production environments; and developing, deploying and managing high availability load-balanced web applications with geographical redundancy and multi-site replication. Currently Kevin works on Twin Technologies projects from homebase in his native Montana, where he dotes on his daughters and enjoys remodeling an older home.

IAN STARNES DIRECTOR  As Director, Ian Starnes leads with his belief that software engineers should choose the right language and tools for each project, and not simply what they are most familiar with.  That belief extends to even innovating new approaches, as he has done throughout his career in researching and developing software on multiple platforms using multiple languages.  In more than 15 years of experience, Ian has worked as Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager in areas including developing advanced web-based clients, developing autonomous guidance systems for unmanned ground vehicles for the Department of Defense, writing logic to perform high-speed data acquisition from a ground-penetrating radar, and even system integration and field testing teams of robotic platforms. He has mastered C/C++, Java, Python, Objective-C, OSX, Linux, Open Embedded, MS-Windows Vista, iPhone, Android and more, while maintaining the thoughtful, engaging style that makes him an effective leader of multiple teams of more than 20 people. In his free time Ian enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, home improvement projects, and following international soccer.

ERIC DUBINER DIRECTOR With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the consulting field, Eric Dubiner is a big-picture guy with the technical chops to carry each project out to its last detail.  He has helped both startups and established companies create success, by developing, building and leading business strategy and technology development teams through entire project lifecycles. His strengths in business development and marketing mean he creates and executes smart, effective plans supported by partner relationships and demand-generation activities – strengths he now lends to Twin Technologies’ clients and our own company as well. Eric also brings a deep background in content management and migration, data warehousing, compliance, analytics, plus a variety of project implementation methodologies. His experience extends to multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on the financial services sector. Eric is a dad of 2 boys, and an avid cyclist who rides in support of Alzheimer’s research charities and the Wounded Warrior Project.
